Our Parish: Appeal | Parish history
Our Parish

Our Parish Our parish is one large family composed of people of differing ages, nationalities, occupations and social statuses. Each member has their talents and interests with which they can serve and give to the Church according to their calling and ability. Here, everyone can receive from the Church salvation for their soul, being one in Christ with all members of the Church. Apostle Paul speaks about this: “For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we are Jews or Gentiles, whether we are bond or free, and have been all made to drink of one Spirit....Now you are the body of Christ, and members in particular. And God hath set some in the church: first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracle-workers, then those with gifts of healing, helpers, administrators, and those with diversity of tongues." (1 Cor. 12: 12-13, 27-28).

Youth Group

To help them, and give them an environment where they can feel that their “abnormality” is normal, the parish has created a youth organization. (more).

Over time, the traditional Russian Martial Arts were honed through successive generations of one-to-one relationships and through traditional games and festivals held by the communities. With the advent of firearms, the traditional styles had to evolve to incorporate a new paradigm of combat. Still, the principles of movement held true. (more)
